Check out by 11:00 a.m.
Late check out available upon request, extra charge equivalent to 50% of the nightly cost.
Early check in on request and availability at no extra cost, in case the apartment is not yet available, you can stay in the facility/pool while waiting.
It is possible to self check in later than 9:30 pm by notifying in advance and by 9:00 pm on the day of arrival.
For reservation groups of 3 or more rooms, the cancellation policy is different.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance within 45 days of the arrival date.The reservation is initially partially non-refundable, in case of cancellation before the balance is due, no deposit will be refunded.After the balance is due, it is completely non-refundable or you will not be able to change and/or move it.
Nonrefundable reservations (except group reservations) can be moved within the year of reservation.
